Attitudinal Healing facilitators are available for participants, such as yourself, to meet with individually.
You may discuss questions, concerns you may have about the programming, group dynamics or individual problems you may not want to share in a group.
Facilitators listen, gently guide, and re-direct to the 12 Principles and encourage trust in your own inner guidance.
Talking individually can be beneficial by creating an additional safe space to share which builds trust.
Discussions may be therapeutic but are not a substitute for therapy. Instead, it is a time to clarify and connect to a deeper understanding and practice of the 12 Principles of Attitudinal Healing.
While there is no charge for such conversation, we do appreciate a donation to Attitudinal Healing St. Louis.
